Sigma Phi Omega Sorority Inc.

Each year Sigma Phi Omega's newly elected National Board is confronted with many new and exciting challenges. One goal is to raise funds for our annual scholarship award. Starting with Convention 2005 in Houston, at each convention the National Board announces the annual Sigma Phi Omega scholarship recipient.

Another future goal is the ability to "connect" Sigmas everywhere through a platform for Sigmas to network with one another so that alumni and actives can share their resources and benefit from one another. Potential functionalities we are considering adding are:

• New graphic features with usage of Flash

• Secure login site for "Sigmas only" (an area to include a master calendar of all chapter events, discussion forums, etc.)

• Online Sigma Scoop newsletter

• Career network (an area for alumni to post internship and job opportunities)

• Sigma Classifieds

We are looking for as much monetary assistance as possible for ongoing scholarships, administration and continued maintenance of our national website. Whether you are an active, alumni, or not a member of Sigma Phi Omega, we would appreciate your help.

We are aware that everyone is on a tight budget so any monetary donations paid in either installments or in one lump sum will help. Whether your donation is $10 or $100, we greatly appreciate your generosity. If you would like to designate a specific purpose for your donation, please inform us when you submit the donation (example: on the memo section of a check write "for Sigma scholarship").
